Our recruitment process

Thanks for taking the time and effort to complete our application process. We understand what goes into preparing your cover letter and resume, and know your time is valuable.

Now that the hard bit is over, what comes next?!

Below is an outline of our recruitment process which explains what to expect.

We’re committed to delivering a consistent and timely process for all candidates throughout the recruitment and selection experience. If you aren’t successful progressing to the next stage at any point, we’ll let you know. We’re members of the Circle Back Initiative. It means we’re committed to responding to every job applicant.

Our process can differ depending on the requirements of the role, but this is the standard you can expect.
You’ll find a selection of our ‘live’ roles on our website. Simply navigate to our jobs board from the homepage to apply for a role with us. Make sure you have an updated CV ready for your submission.

We don’t advertise all of our roles online, so please feel free to reach out to us to learn more about employment that might suit your expertise and career ambitions. Alternatively, you can also sign up for job alerts to be the first to know of future opportunities. You’ll receive a confirmation email once you have applied for a role.
Our recruitment team will review your application to determine your suitability for the role. They will assess your skills and experience to determine your match to the key selection criteria. The job advertisement will give you a clear understanding of the requirements for the role.
If you’re successful, we will progress your application to the next stage which will involve a preliminary discussion over the phone with a member of the Talent Acquisition team.

Questions we may ask include: What enticed you to apply for the position? What are your motivations and current career aspirations? What are your remuneration expectations? What are your ideal work-life balance preferences?
Depending on our discussion, we will then invite you to complete a short online Behavioural assessment. This software tool is designed to assist with your career planning, development, and to also identify future opportunities.
The Talent Adviser will then create a shortlist of candidates to contact for an interview. The interview is an opportunity for you to meet with the team and share how you are a good fit for the role. It’s also an opportunity for you to find out more details about the role and the team you would be working with.

Interviews take place either at our office in Perth CBD or over a video call. We’ll let you know the next steps along with an approximate timeframe. We may request a second interview to allow other stakeholders (including our clients) to meet with you.
Pre-employment checks and background screening are conducted prior to a formal offer of employment. These include items such as employment references checks, work rights checks & national police checks. It would be helpful if you have any supporting information for your employment handy that we or our external third party could use to verify your background.

If all parties agree you’re the ideal candidate for the role, we’ll work with you through the formal offer and acceptance process.

The offer of employment is conditional pending the successful completion of your pre-employment checks.


Once you accept and sign your employment agreement, we'll send you a link to complete your onboarding if you are coming onboard as a Contractor with us.

Yes! Head to our website and click Jobs on the homepage, you will then be able to create a job alert.

I haven’t heard back on a recent job application. What’s my best approach? As you can imagine it takes time to carefully review each application we receive. In most circumstances, a member of the Talent Acquisition team will be in contact within 1-2 weeks of receiving your application.
