Summary & Overview:

The candidate is an adaptable IT professional with several years of experience in system support, digital optimisation, and technical assistance across education, government, and commercial sectors. They have worked in roles spanning student systems support, CMS management, endpoint deployment, content optimisation, and data analytics. Key projects include:

• Managing large-scale system migrations and integrations (Active Directory, Intune, EduPoint, SharePoint, WordPress).

• Optimising enterprise CMS platforms (Squiz, SiteImprove) to improve accessibility and system performance.

• Deploying over 100 Windows endpoints in a weekend rollout, including configuration and SOE management.

• Developing dashboards and analytics in Power BI and Looker Studio for informed decision-making.

They bring strong vendor engagement, stakeholder management, and user training skills, and have worked across multiple tools such as Office 365, Azure AD, Intune, Power Automate, SQL, VMware, ServiceNow, Jira, Tableau, and Google Analytics.

• Salary: Seeking $95k + super but flexible depending on role
