Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, manage project scope, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders, to drive results.
- Conduct regular client meetings and onsite discussions to understand requirements and provide updates.
- Manage risk, change, and resource allocation across multiple projects.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to best practices in project management.
- 5+ years of proven experience in IT Project Management or Program Management.
- Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently, with a focus on software development, system integration, or IT infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Relevant higher education certifications and certifications in PRINCE2, PMBOK, or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Currently residing in Perth, WA and available for onsite client meetings.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Microsoft Project, Trello, or other project management software.
- Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
- Experience with Pronto is a plus.
