The organisation is a growing WA-owned company. They have doubled in size since 2019 and have significant, 9-figure revenue.
About the role
The IT Manager will be responsible for developing the a new IT roadmap for a
growing organisation and managing a current team of staff and growing technology investment budget.
The day-to-day responsibilities would include
- People leadership, improving the performance of IT infrastructure, operations and applications;
- Working on the IT roadmap for the organisation supporting the growth path;
- Contributing to technology strategy discussions and advising the board of
directors;
- Engaging & maintaining technology to risk manage and improve product supply (including managing technology related to significant Operational Technology assets);
- Ensuring there is strong technology support for internal users, vendor
management and improving the general IT Health of the organisation.
You will bring...
- A track record of getting things done with a strong sense of urgency and common sense.
- Ideally 7+ years IT Management experience in a FMCG or Manufacturing or
Consumer focused Distribution company.
- Proven experience with end-to-end ERP implementation(s).
- Proven experience creating IT business plans and roadmaps for growing
organisations.
- Strong vendor partnership experience.
- Experience managing significant Capex and Opex IT budgets.
- Experience working with Boards and C-level executives, creating and presenting numbers/data business cases.
