Our team continues to grow, and we need you. We are hiring an enthusiastic and relationship focused Talent Advisor & Consultant (technology focused) to join our customer centric team on a full time, permanent basis.
As a Talent Advisor, you will form a key part of our team helping deliver a better customer hiring experience to our valued candidates and hiring managers. Using your passion for helping people solve their recruiting and hiring problems, this role is focused on filling client assignment briefs with exceptional talent. You're accountable for client service delivery.

About You:
Your unwavering motivation and relationship-focused approach will drive your success. To excel in this role, you possess:
> 2-6 years+ of professional work experience in client-facing, customer-centric roles, preferably with a technical & business bent would be of value.
> Any previous experience where you have been played a key role in talent acquisition, hiring people, HR or recruitment would be of value.
> You have a natural ability to build rapport, establish trust, and positively influence others. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills enable you to connect with professionals and understand their career aspirations.
> You're known by your peers as having a self-motivated and proactive mindset that fuels your ability to deliver results.
> A Bachelor's degree (level or higher) ideally in Business, technology/IT, Commerce, Marketing or a related field; or relevant qualifications that demonstrate your expertise.
> A track record of thriving in team environments and achieving collective goals through collaboration and synergy. You’re happy to listen, learn, change and support your colleague's success.
