This candidate is a senior Change, Transformation and Business Agility leader with strong experience across mining, oil & gas, banking/finance and technology/product environments. Their current role is within a Tier 1 mining organisation, but their preferred next step is broader than traditional change delivery. They are focusing on leadership advisory, operating model design, strategy, OCM and organisational effectiveness.
They bring experience across digital transformation, product operations, Agile delivery, governance and strategic execution, with previous responsibility for $50M+ P&L and teams of 200.

The candidate wants to utilise their full leadership, strategic and operational capability, rather than being positioned solely as a Change Manager. They are specifically not interested in training or change-adoption-focused roles. Their preference is for opportunities involving operating models, strategy, leadership advisory, transformation and broader OCM. They also value an environment where they can continue to learn and develop.
Education and Certifications:
BSc Psychology with Business major, Diploma of Project Management, Leading SAFe, Certified Product Owner, Certified Scrum Master, ICAgile Agile Facilitation/Coaching and Agile Change Management certification, alongside Lean Six Sigma experience.
Availability and remuneration expectations:
The candidate's current contract runs until November, although they can leave with 2 weeks' notice. Their preference is a permanent opportunity, but they remain open to strong contract roles. They are currently targeting around $220K + super, with the relevant contract day rate for contract engagements.
