Work Health and Safety

Beacham Group is committed to ensuring our workers and visitors remain free from risk to their health and safety at work.  To help achieve this, we comply with both the legislative requirements of Occupational Safety and Health Act 1984 (WA), and their requirements with the Certex Talent Management Standard.

We have a joint responsibility with our client to keep you safe at work.  As we are not there day to day with you, we do ask you to let us know immediately if you think your role or the environment is putting you at risk.

Learn more about our safety goals and obligations by requesting a copy of our Work Health and Safety policy.

Induction

Prior to commencing your new role, you are required to complete an online induction with our provider, WorkPro. You will be sent an email with a link to this induction which will take you approximately 30 minutes to complete.  Once completed, the modules will be valid for 2 years.

Reporting An Incident or Near Miss

Should you need to report an incident or near miss, we ask that you:

  • Report any risks, near misses or incidents to our Client immediately and follow their procedures.  This information should be provided to you during your on site induction and onboarding.
  • Advise us of any risks, near misses or incidents as soon as possible so we can work with our Client to ensure your safety.
  • If your role changes, please advise us of this.
  • If you’re asked to work at another location, please let us know as soon as possible.

An incident report form will also need to be completed and returned to the Beacham Group office as soon as possible.  Our incident management procedure can be provided on request.
