About the Role:
As part of the Customer Service team, you’ll provide phone and email support to customers; assisting with issue resolution, troubleshooting, escalation management and ongoing system support. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective outcomes aligned to SLA expectations.
Responsibilities of the role include -
- Providing first-level customer support via phone and email
- Logging, managing and resolving support tickets within SLA timeframes
- Troubleshooting ERP and system-related issues remotely
- Assisting customers with user setup, password resets, printer setup and access changes
- Investigating system bugs and integrity issues
- Escalating and coordinating issues internally and with third-party vendors where required
- Ensuring timely and clear communication of progress updates and resolutions to customers
- Delivering a high standard of customer service and support experience
You will bring strong ERP support capability combined with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
You are a strong communicator with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, taking a logical and methodical approach to troubleshooting. You’re patient and customer-focused, able to support users through complex or challenging issues. You stay calm under pressure, manage competing priorities effectively and think a few steps ahead when diagnosing problems.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Pronto Xi or similar ERP systems, particularly in Financial modules (GL, AP, AR) and/ or HR/ Payroll modules
- Knowledge of ITIL principles and service management tools
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- Exposure to Linux environments and PeopleTray will be highly regarded
