About Us:

We are seeking talented Business Analysts and Business Systems Analysts for upcoming opportunities within the IT sector. If you have a strong analytical mindset, a passion for improving business processes, and a desire to work on exciting IT projects, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.
• Analyze and document current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Support the development and implementation of IT solutions that meet business goals.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder communications to ensure alignment.
• Conduct gap analyses and work closely with technical teams to bridge the gap between business needs and system functionality.
• Engage with clients for onsite discussions and provide ongoing post-implementation support.

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
• Strong background in requirements gathering, process mapping, and business process improvement.
• Familiarity with methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
• Relevant higher education certifications and BA certifications such as BABOK or other recognized certifications are highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Full working rights in Australia and residency in Perth for onsite client discussions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in industries such as finance, healthcare, mining, or government.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex business problems.
• Knowledge of business systems and enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM).
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
