Expression of Interest Change Analyst / Change Manager
Location: Perth, WA

About the Opportunity:- we are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Change Analysts and Change Managers interested in supporting large-scale, enterprise-wide transformation and technology programs based in Perth, Western Australia.
Organisations across Western Australia are continuing to invest in ERP, SaaS, and broader business technology transformation initiatives. As a result, we are continuing to build on our pipeline of capable change professionals to support this delivery, working across the full change lifecycle.
We have engagements planned to commence in late March, April and May 2026.
These roles typically sit within structured program environments and require hands-on delivery capability, translating established change strategies into practical, on-the-ground outcomes while partnering closely with project teams and business stakeholders.
Supporting and/or leading delivery of change management strategies, plans, and roadmaps
- Conducting stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments
- Supporting business readiness and adoption activities
- Developing and delivering communication and engagement plans
- Facilitating workshops and stakeholder sessions
- Coordinating training needs analysis and learning delivery
- Acting as a visible change advocate across impacted business areas
- Supporting transition, go-live, and stabilisation activities
- Contributing to OCM reporting, dashboards, and adoption metrics
Key Outcomes:
- Stakeholders are informed, engaged, and supported throughout the change lifecycle
- Change activities are delivered in line with agreed timelines and governance frameworks
- Training and readiness activities are effectively coordinated and measured
- Clear reporting on change progress, stakeholder sentiment, and adoption
- Practical transition support provided to business areas
About You:
You are a capable and organised change professional who enjoys working in structured delivery environments. You are comfortable operating across multiple work streams, engaging diverse stakeholder groups, and either supporting senior change leaders or leading discrete change streams independently.
You balance strong process discipline with pragmatism and adaptability. Strong communication, influencing, and collaboration skills are essential.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience supporting or delivering organisational change initiatives within complex programs
- Exposure to structured change methodologies and OCM frameworks
- Experience working on enterprise technology or system implementations
- Stakeholder engagement, communications, and impact assessment experience
- Experience supporting training coordination and business readiness activities
- Strong documentation, coordination, and reporting capability
Highly Regarded:
- Experience supporting ERP or SaaS implementations
- Exposure to service design or human-centred design approaches
- Formal change management certification (e.g., PROSCI, APMG)
- Experience working within structured project delivery environments
