The team at Beacham Group recently announced Rachael Stein as the winner of their scholarship to Atomic Sky’s Fusion Founder Program.
Rachael is the founder of FitJak, an online platform that allows users to search, book, and pay for their next fitness session.

Rachael created FitJak after working as a Master certified Personal Trainer where she discovered many challenges for both customers and fitness professionals in the way fitness services were transacted.
FitJak’s 3 step functionality allows you to search for your fitness category, book a time & location and purchase your session. Rachel describes FitJak as a cross between the functionality of Air BnB and Uber, but for the Fitness Industry. It provides personal trainers and fitness studios with a platform to host their business on, as well as giving consumers flexibility and control over their personal fitness. Currently it’s difficult to locate, book and communicate with personal trainers – FitJak solves these problems.
Rachael has a degree in Business Arts Management and is currently finishing a master’s in entrepreneurship while she kickstarts FitJak.
Rachael had been looking for a start up program to help her launch FitJak and was introduced to Atomic Sky and the Fusion Program by a friend in the Perth startup community. Having shopped around, Rachel applied to the Fusion Founder program citing the services on offer to program participants, as well as the program’s overall focus on customer validation and product market fit.

The Fusion Founder Program is an intense 12 week business building program. It includes workshops, short talks, and collaboration sessions that will all help startup founders commercialise their ideas and avoid the pitfalls that face early stage companies. Specifically designed for tech startup founders, Fusion is a program that pulls together all of the assets of Atomic Sky combined with the experience of a community of experienced entrepreneurs.
