Beacham Group’s Managing Director, Glenn Beauchamp and Operations Manager, Leonie
Kirkwood were honoured to be invited to accept their certification from Certex international
for their Talent Management Standard at the ITCRA Gala Dinner last week. Beacham Group
was recognised as the first company to achieve the standard and were proud to be the first
ITCRA member to do so.
The Talent Management Standard is designed for organisations that recruit and employ
workers directly. It looks at business best practice as well as specific recruitment business
processes such as immigration compliance and proper recruitment procedures.
Beacham Group completed four modules in their audit and is now certified in these areas:
Quality – compulsory module in the Talent Management Standard, the Quality audit
looks at the businesses policy and procedures.
Privacy – audits the compliance with Australian privacy legislation as well as the
policy and procedure around privacy, data management, system security etc.
Safety – certifies that workers are properly inducted into their roles and are provide
with a safe work environment.
Immigration – audits the management and monitoring of the right to work of
employees and contractors.
Dianne Gibert and her team at Certex International have played an integral role in Beacham
Group achieving the certification. Glenn and Leonie would like to personally thank Dianne
for her support.
Beacham Group would also like to thank ITCRA for the recognition in front of recruitment peers and
service providers in receiving the award. Lastly, a big congratulations to the other award
winners on the night.
